HUNT SOUTH CAROLINA On the great Pee Dee River with Welsh Neck Wildlife Association For Trophy Whitetail and Eastern turkey

South Carolina is well known for their deer and turkey hunting, in fact South Carolina has the longest deer season in nation. The whitetail deer season is from Sept. 1^st to Jan 1^st.

The Eastern Turkey season is from April 1^st to May 1^st. 7 day a week hunting is permitted.

 Extensive planning and preparation has allowed this area to be very productive for deer and turkey. There are over 75 permanent stands ( for bow and gun ) as well as soy bean fields of up to 100 acres, food plots, peas, clover, chu fu, wheat and corn. Hunting takes place over fields, in swamps or in hardwood and pine trees.

There are coyote available for no extra charge and the season is year round. Bobcat and fox are available at no extra charge, within the designated season.

Trophy care is available as well as cooler facilities for the meat. Taxidermy work is available on request.

This outstanding hunting area is centrally located in the south and is easily accessible by vehicle or airplane. I-95 is located 30 minutes away, major airports include Charlotte NC, Fayetteville NC, Florence SC, Columbia SC and Myrtle Beach SC.

A cabin is available for a nominal amount or there is a local Holiday Inn Express that is very comfortable.

Myrtle Beach is only 80 miles away and allows hunters to make the trip a family vacation.
