Perhaps the most awesome
video you'll ever watch on hunting big bull elk. In one dramatic calling
sequence, a monstrous bull is called across a 300 yard clearing and then
taken by a rifle hunter. In another hunt, John McClendon, who has taken
four Pope and Young record book elk, one being the 1985 New Mexico state
record, is captured on video taking a beautiful, non-typical record book
bull with a bow. This video is action packed with two bow kills, one rifle
kill and several other bulls being called in.
From the early summer this
beautifully photographed video follow the elk from the cow and calf herds,
to the bachelor bulls and the intense rutting period when the big bulls will
gather their harems together.
